Refund Policy
We strive for 100% client satisfaction. Due to the custom nature of our services (SEO, web development, design, etc.), refunds are evaluated based on project progress and adherence to agreed terms:
- Non-Refundable Services
- Completed work (e.g., delivered SEO reports, finalized design mockups, or developed website modules) is non-refundable.
- Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable once services commence.
- Eligibility for Refunds
- Full Refund: Available if cancellation occurs before work begins or within 5 days of signing the proposal.
- Prorated Refund: If cancellation occurs mid-project, refunds will reflect work completed up to that point, minus non-refundable fees.
- Dispute Resolution
- Concerns about service quality must be raised within 7 days of deliverable receipt. We will address issues promptly, offering revisions or alternative solutions.
Service Delivery Policy
Our process ensures transparency and alignment with your goals:
- Proposal & Agreement
- A detailed proposal (scope, timeline, cost) will be provided and must be signed to commence work.
- Project Execution
- SEO, Marketing & Analytics Services:
- Custom strategies (keyword research, campaign setup, performance tracking) with monthly progress reports.
- Web Development & Design Services:
- Phased workflow: Discovery → Design mockups → Development → Revisions → Final delivery.
- Timelines & Communication
- Milestones and deadlines are outlined in your proposal.
Cancellation Policy
- Client-Initiated Cancellation
- Submit written notice to support@leodigitalstudio.com.
- Cancellations before work begins: Full refund.
- Cancellations mid-project: Prorated refund (minus work completed + non-refundable fees).
- Studio-Initiated Cancellation
- Rare cases (e.g., scope violations, payment delays) may result in project termination. You will be billed for work completed.
Communication & Support
- Availability: Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM America/New_York.
- Response Time: Within 24 hours for emails/calls.
- Project Management: Dedicated account manager for seamless coordination.
